Leadership Structure

The leadership structure of the association would be two tiered.

Core committee: At the top would be a Core Committee of 15 members led by a President, Vice President and Secretary. The President, Vice President and Secretary would be chosen for a term of 2 years.
Since the Association is now in the formation stage, the first core committee and its office bearers will be provisional and chosen from people who are active. Once things stabilize a formal election process would be put in place.

Executive Committee: This will be a larger group of 80-100 members consisting of 3-4 members from each batch. This committee would act as a bridge to the vast and increasing Alumni base. All decisions of the Core committee have to be mandatorily sent to the Executive committee who can recommend changes and suggestions on the same. The members of the executive committee will also be the leaders of their respective batches and can have separate meetings with their batches if they so wish.

Content Team: To design and create meaningful content (text | graphics | video | songs)

Digital Team: To push campaigns strongly on Digital Platforms

Event Team: To foster the event organizing activities in a focused and planned manner. This will focus on key areas like venue finalization, event plans, merchandise requirements, print requirements and others.

Relationship Team: To establish relation with Corporate and Business world to foster the industry relation of the network and also arrange Corporate sponsorships for empowering the network.

Communication Team: To establish and maintain communication with all the Active as well as Passive Alumni members.

We could create more such teams as and when required.

College Support: College will also support the Association in various forms. It will provide the support of student volunteers to drive the events and activities of the Association. There will be a committee of 15 Final year students which would be formed by the College. The College can also sponsor some of the events of the Association at its discretion.
